Group Coaching Programs

  • Structured programs for every experience level
  • Live sessions with peer accountability built in
  • Practical skill-building through guided group work

How these programs are put together

Each program listed here follows a defined sequence of topics, not a loose collection of lessons. The structure matters because skills compound — what you cover in week three depends on what was built in week one. Skipping ahead tends to produce gaps that show up later.

Group sizes are kept intentionally small. This is a deliberate choice: when a group exceeds a certain size, the dynamic shifts from collaborative to passive, and participants stop contributing. Smaller cohorts mean more air time for individual questions and more direct feedback from the lead coach.

Participants on their experience

"The group format kept me accountable in a way I did not expect. Knowing that others would see my progress each week genuinely changed how seriously I approached the work between sessions."

"I appreciated that the coach did not treat every session as a lecture. There was space to raise specific problems, and other participants often had useful perspectives I had not considered."

"The pacing felt realistic. There were no promises that things would be easy or fast — just a clear path through the material and consistent support when I got stuck on something."

Common questions about enrollment

Each program combines live group sessions with asynchronous material review. Participants work through structured modules while receiving direct feedback from coaches during scheduled calls. The sequence is fixed, so the group moves together through the curriculum.

All live sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled participants within 24 hours. You can review the material at your own pace and submit questions through the program platform before the next group meeting.

Each program specifies its required experience level clearly on the detail page. Some are designed for participants with no prior background, while others assume familiarity with core concepts. Reading the user format tag before enrolling is a reliable way to assess fit.

Group sizes are deliberately limited to maintain a functional dynamic. Exact numbers vary by program, but cohorts are kept small enough that each participant receives meaningful individual attention during live sessions. Specific cohort sizes are listed on each program page.
