Nelmaku — Services

Group coaching.
Structured and honest.

Nelmaku offers cohort-based group coaching programs where participants work through structured material alongside peers facing similar challenges. Each program is facilitated by an experienced practitioner, not a scripted curriculum.

What we offer

Four formats one platform

Cohort-Based Group Programs

Small groups of six to twelve participants work through a fixed curriculum over eight to twelve weeks. Sessions are scheduled weekly, with asynchronous materials available between meetings. The cohort model creates natural accountability without artificial pressure — participants see each other's progress and that tends to be more motivating than any reminder system.

Live Workshop Series

Focused intensive sessions running two to four hours, built around a single topic or skill area. These are not lectures — the format relies on structured discussion, worked examples, and collaborative exercises. Recordings are available after each session, though the live experience tends to produce significantly different outcomes than watching a replay.

Peer Accountability Circles

Smaller clusters of three to five participants who meet regularly without a facilitator after an initial onboarding session. Nelmaku provides the structure — meeting frameworks, check-in templates, and progress tools — but the group sets its own pace and agenda. This format works best for people who already have direction but need consistent external commitment to move forward.

Organizational Group Engagements

Custom programs designed for teams or organizations that want to run group coaching internally. This includes facilitator briefing, session design tailored to the team context, and post-program evaluation materials. Minimum group size is eight participants. These engagements are scoped individually — contact us at help@nelmaku.com to discuss requirements before any commitment.

How it works

From inquiry to active participation

Joining a group coaching program at Nelmaku follows a straightforward sequence. The intake process exists to ensure group composition is thoughtful — mixing participants with incompatible contexts rarely produces good results for anyone involved.

04

Participate in weekly sessions

Engage with structured topics, peer discussions, and coaching exercises across the full program duration.

Participant perspectives

★★★★★

The cohort format was the part I was skeptical about, but it ended up being the reason I stayed consistent. Hearing how other participants were handling similar situations made the material feel less abstract.

★★★★☆

I joined the accountability circle after finishing a full cohort program. The structure Nelmaku provides for peer meetings is minimal but well thought out — it keeps sessions focused without over-engineering the interaction.
