Group coaching—structured, practical, and peer-informed
Nelmaku was built around a straightforward observation: people tend to make more consistent progress when they work through challenges alongside others facing similar situations.
Our programs are designed for participants who want structured guidance without the isolation of solo self-study. Each cohort moves through the material together, with facilitated sessions that allow for questions, discussion, and peer perspective. The content is grounded in real application rather than abstract frameworks.
We work with professionals, small teams, and individuals who are serious about developing specific competencies. Sessions are led by facilitators with direct field experience, not generalists reading from a syllabus.
Facilitators and program leads
Each person on the team came to coaching from a practitioner background. They have worked in the areas they teach, which shapes how sessions are structured and what problems get addressed.
Olenka Vasylchuk
Lead Facilitator
Olenka has spent over a decade working in organizational development across mid-sized companies in Eastern Europe. She designs the core session structures and leads the majority of live cohort calls. Her approach is direct and evidence-oriented.
Bohdan Kravets
Program Lead
Bohdan manages curriculum sequencing and oversees how each program evolves after delivery. He reviews session recordings, participant feedback, and outcome patterns to identify where content needs to be adjusted or expanded.
Participant cohorts
Active members
Cohorts are kept intentionally small — typically 8 to 14 participants — so that sessions remain focused and each person has space to contribute. Groups are formed based on professional context and learning objectives where possible.
