All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio, course materials, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Nelmaku or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, republished, or used outside the Platform without explicit written consent.

6.2 User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or share any content on the Platform, including comments, feedback, or contributions, you grant Nelmaku a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Platform may be used by Nelmaku without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Fees

Certain programs, masterclasses, and features on the Platform require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.

7.2 Billing

For subscription-based services, fees are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and up to date.

7.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact help@nelmaku.com to submit a refund request.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect existing active subscription periods unless otherwise stated.

Nelmaku has no control over third-party content or practices and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of such third-party services. The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nelmaku expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nelmaku, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to Nelmaku in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full effect.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice or liability. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
